About

Alleydot was started by Evan Alley in 2025, to make brands for their friends working to break into the games industry. It has since morphed into developing logos and brands across a vast swath of industries, from creative to agricultural.

By working alongside our clients and headlining collaboration, Alleydot surfaces a brand's unique character and values. These core ideals inform the vector-based typographic branding we produce, which is tested to work at all sizes, from a favicon to a billboard.

Client Work

Alleydot's processes support flexibility and client collaboration. Our clients come from all industries, with different goals and starting points. Click the cards below to learn about each unique process!

Process

Alleydot believes that design is defined by collaborative problem solving. Over the course of your commission, the designer will work directly with you to bring your vision to life. Whether you already have a sketch or idea in mind, or you prefer to work alongside the designer to discover a fresh take that speaks to your brand, Alleydot is happy to adapt to your needs.

STEP OBJECTIVE
NEGOTIATION Define objectives, deliverables, revision limitations, timeline, and budget. This step exists to ensure everyone is on the same page about expectations.
DISCOVERY Discuss your design goals and brand identity. This is where the designer will find the 'parti' of your project: a set of visuals and key ideas to guide the initial design.
SKETCHING Present a number of prototypes for potential directions. These will be unpolished vector images that give a clear idea of what's gone into the design and how it supports your brand.
REVISIONS Work with you to implement feedback accurately over a number of rounds of revisions. We strive for generous revision limits, because we believe that good design is always a product of collaboration.
SHIPPING After any final revisions, Alleydot will supply you with a kit with several file formats, sizes, and variants, as defined in the negotiation stage.

Alleydot's Terms of Service are based on the AIGA ToS and adapted for your specific needs. In general, non-confidential materials may appear on this website, and you will have the trademark and copyright for the final products. Working files will be retained as Alleydot's IP unless specified in your unique terms of service.

We pride ourselves on affordable services for independent businesses. In most cases, we can adapt our output to your budget. Updates and revisions will be sent out on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week.
